Service Program Management Internship

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design and pilot phases of the service program.
  • Assist in the establishment of service offerings, customer engagement strategies, and digital solutions.
  • Engage in strategic thinking while maintaining a pragmatic approach to implementation.
  • Gain insights into customer service operations, retail processes, and customer interaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, regions, and markets.

Exciting Challenges:

  • Contribute to the overall program design and development of individual components.
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary workshops to shape and coordinate program content.
  • Support KPI analysis to identify opportunities for process enhancement and market optimization.
  • Develop specifications for a KPI performance tracking tool.
  • Organize promotional events and create presentations to showcase the program.
  • Generate reports detailing program status and performance metrics.
  • Encourage the sharing of best practices across teams.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in economics, automotive economics, industrial engineering, information technology, or a related field.
  • Prior practical experience through internships, training, or part-time roles is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and German is required.
  • Strong skills in MS Office; familiarity with tools like JIRA or Confluence is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with a penchant for conceptual work and data analysis, balanced with a hands-on approach.
  • Demonstrated commitment, independence, and structured yet flexible work style.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative spirit.
