Service Program Management Internship

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to support our Service Program Management team within the Global Customer Service & Parts division. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in the development of innovative service concepts that encompass coaching, training, KPI management, and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design and pilot phases of new service initiatives.
  • Assist in establishing service products and enhancing customer care strategies.
  • Engage in strategic thinking while applying practical solutions.
  • Gain insights into customer service operations and retail interactions.
  • Collaborate across various departments and regions to ensure cohesive service delivery.

  • Contribute to the overall program design and the development of its components.
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary workshops to align on content and strategies.
  • Support KPI analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and market expansion.
  • Develop requirements for a KPI performance tracking tool.
  • Organize presentations and roadshows to promote the program.
  • Prepare reports detailing program status and performance metrics.
  • Encourage the sharing of best practices among teams.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in economics, automotive economics, industrial engineering, information technology, or a related field.
  • Prior practical experience through internships or part-time roles is advantageous.
  • Fluency in both English and German is required.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with tools like JIRA or Confluence is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a conceptual approach to data, coupled with a pragmatic implementation style.
  • Demonstrated independence, organization, and flexibility in work habits.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
