Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Key Account Manager, der unsere strategischen Partner bei Amazon unterstützt und ihre Verkäuferleistung verbessert. Als Teil unseres Amazon Marketplace Teams arbeiten Sie eng mit unseren Händlern zusammen, um ihre Produkte in unseren Amazon-Programmen anzubieten und ihre Verkäufe zu optimieren.

Aufgaben
  • Wir gewinnen Händler für unsere Amazon-Programme und arbeiten kontinuierlich mit unseren Händlern daran, ihre Verkäuferleistung zu verbessern und ihr Sortiment auszubauen.
  • Sie sind zentraler Ansprechpartner und es macht Ihnen Freude, unsere strategischen Partner kompetent zu betreuen und entlang ehrgeiziger Ziele weiter zu entwickeln.
  • Mittels detaillierter Auswertungen beobachten Sie ständig den Erfolg Ihres Kundenportfolios und konzipieren adäquate Optimierungs- und Weiterentwicklungsmaßnahmen.
  • Sie beteiligen sich aktiv an der Durchführung von Trainings, Webinars und Händlertagungen.
  • Bei der Ausarbeitung von Budgets und Forecasts unterstützen Sie unsere Teams mit entsprechenden Analysen und Auswertungen.
  • Sie arbeiten sehr eng mit den Bereichen Neukundenakquise, Produktmanagement, Kategorie-Management, Verkäuferservice und Operations zusammen.
  • Sie unterstützen Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Account Managements sowie der Optimierung unserer Services und stimmen sich hierzu intern ab, auch mit Ihren internationalen Kollegen.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Sehr gut abgeschlossenes Studium, gerne in den Bereichen BWL/VWL, W-Ing., W-Informatik.
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Business Development / Vertrieb bzw. Account Management.
  • Ausgezeichnetes Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Konzepte zu verstehen und zu erklären.
  • Starke Analyse- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten.
  • Sie haben ein Gespür für neue Trends und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung.
  • Leistungsbereitschaft und Entscheidungsfreude innerhalb eines hochdynamischen Umfelds.
  • Fähigkeit, sich an eine sich ständig verändernde Umgebung anzupassen.
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, gerne auch Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Datenbanken bzw. CRM-Tools (z.B. Salesforce).
  • Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz als Mitarbeiter bei der Pflege wichtiger Kundenbeziehungen und der Erreichung monatlicher / vierteljährlicher Verkaufsziele.
  • Erfahrung in einer Start-Up Umgebung.
  • SQL-Kenntnisse.
