E-commerce Key Account Manager for European Marketplaces

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Key Account Manager to join our team at AM Europe GmbH.
About the JobThis is a full-time remote position, offering a unique opportunity to work with leading e-commerce marketplaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing advertising campaigns, analyzing sales metrics, and ensuring seamless operations within our organization.

Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies on marketplaces, including market analysis, defining target segments, and creating a product promotion plan.
- Advertising Campaign Management: Plan and manage advertising campaigns, setting objectives, budgeting, monitoring, and adjusting strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Sales Analysis: Analyze sales, monitor key metrics and trends, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock, planning replenishment and preventing out-of-stock situations.
- Pricing Policy: Formulate pricing policies and regularly analyze competitor prices to maintain competitiveness.
- Team Leadership: Lead the operations team, assigning tasks to operations specialists, overseeing task completion, evaluating results, and providing training and motivation.
- E-commerce Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience with Amazon, Otto, eBay, or similar marketplaces.
- Analytical Skills: High proficiency in Excel (data analysis, conditional formatting, pivot tables), with strong analytical skills.
- SEO Knowledge: Knowledge of SEO and targeting fundamentals.
- Language Proficiency: English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.
