Wir suchen eine erfahrene Sales Team Leader/in, die unsere Verkaufsstrategien entwickeln und umsetzen kann, um unsere Umsatz- und Kundenziele zu erreichen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Entwickeln und Führen des Verkaufsteams und der Mitarbeiter
  • Entwickeln und Implementieren von Verkaufsstrategien, um Umsatz- und Kundenziele zu erfüllen
  • Entwickeln und Überwachen von Verkaufsprozessen, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu steigern
  • Entwickeln und Implementieren von Schulungsprogrammen für das Verkaufsteam
  • Erkennen und Bewerten von Verkaufstrends und -ergebnissen
  • Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung über die Verkaufsleistung
  • Durchführung von Kundenfeedback-Umfragen, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu verbessern
Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung im Führen und Entwickeln von Verkaufsteams in der Beauty Branche
  • Fähigkeit, Verkaufsprozesse zu entwickeln und zu implementieren
  • Fähigkeit, Umsatzziele zu erreichen
  • Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit
  • Erfahrung im Verkauf von Zweithaarprodukten ist ein Plus
