The Role: How You'll Make an Impact at Personio
This is a unique opportunity to develop new sales talents, shape the future of HR work, and make a significant impact on our customer experience.
As a Sales Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of sales development representatives, actively participating in the recruitment of new team members to ensure growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales development representatives.
- Cultivate a strong sales culture that places the customer at the heart of all activities.
- Drive consistent achievement of sales goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Develop and execute lead and account generation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and account executives teams.
- Identify ideal customer profiles and key decision-makers.
- Utilize data-driven analysis to optimize processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a sales development representative and/or account executive in B2B new customer acquisition.
- 1+ years of leadership experience in a B2B sales team.
- Proven success in developing and implementing demand generation programs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with relevant CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong focus on delivering high-quality interactions with potential prospects.
- A deep understanding of software, sales processes, and familiarity with sales models.
- A track record of accurate forecasting and consistently exceeding set goals.
- Native German speaker (or equivalent C2 level) and fluent in English (business language).
