Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption of our solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior customer contacts to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Fluency in German and English.
