At Innomotics GmbH, we are seeking a talented Hydrogen Solutions Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the global development of our Hydrogen Production portfolio, driving business growth and innovation in the exciting and rapidly evolving green hydrogen market.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the yearly development activities for our Hydrogen Production portfolio, ensuring alignment with our business strategy and allocated budget.
  • Engage with external stakeholders and business development colleagues to understand market requirements and value creation opportunities.
  • Plan and implement actions to increase solution competitiveness, focusing on scalability and modularity.
  • Collaborate with product line managers to ensure alignment of purpose for product development and upgrades.
  • Support pilot project acquisition and implementation with newly developed, optimized, or enriched solutions.
  • Develop a Frontrunner Mindset with a Clear Head to identify and drive market trends.
  • Provide technical advice, training, and interregional technology-based coordination to our regional and central partners.

Your Profile:
  • You hold a master's degree and/or a doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, Power Electronics, or a similar field.
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience with a technology provider or system integrator, focusing on power systems and solutions design, system design, E-House conception, engineering.
  • You have a good understanding or willingness to learn about energy production processes and power supply solutions, including water electrolysis.
  • You possess good technical competence to quickly understand technological problems and concepts.
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
