We are seeking a highly skilled Hydrogen Solutions Portfolio Manager to join our team at Innomotics GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the global development of our Hydrogen Production portfolio, driving business growth and innovation in the exciting and rapidly evolving green hydrogen market.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the global Hydrogen Production portfolio strategy, aligning with our business goals and market trends.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders and business development colleagues to understand market requirements and customer needs.
  • Engage with product line managers to ensure alignment of purpose for product development and upgrades.
  • Support the development of new, optimized, or enriched solutions for Hydrogen production power supply.
  • Drive market trends and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Provide technical advice and support to regional and central partners.

Your Profile:
  • Master's degree or doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, Power Electronics, or similar.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in power systems and solutions design, system design, E-House conception, engineering.
  • Good understanding of energy production processes and power supply solutions, including water electrolysis.
  • Excellent technical competence and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus.
