About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hydrogen Solutions Portfolio Manager to join our team at Innomotics GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the global development of our Hydrogen Production portfolio, driving business growth and innovation in the green hydrogen market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the global Hydrogen Production portfolio strategy, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute yearly development activities, including maintenance, engineering optimization, and design to cost.
  • Engage with external stakeholders and business development colleagues to understand market requirements and value creation opportunities.
  • Plan and implement actions to increase solution competitiveness, focusing on scalability and modularity.
  • Ensure alignment of product development and upgrades with key technology selection.
  • Support pilot project acquisition and implementation with newly developed, optimized, or enriched solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a Frontrunner Mindset with a Clear Head to identify and drive market trends.
Requirements
  • Master's degree and/or doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, Power Electronics, or similar.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience with a technology provider or system integrator, focusing on power systems and solutions design.
  • Good understanding or willingness to learn about energy production processes and power supply solutions.
  • Strong technical competence to quickly understand technological problems and concepts.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of green hydrogen market players, structure, procedures, and challenges is an advantage.
