Position Overview: We are seeking a Portfolio Manager (f/m/d) specializing in Hydrogen Production Power Supply Solutions at Innomotics – A Siemens Business. This role is pivotal in harnessing the expansive opportunities within the rapidly evolving hydrogen sector.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the global development and management of the Hydrogen Production portfolio, focusing on the burgeoning green hydrogen market.
  • Implement strategic portfolio management activities, including annual development planning, maintenance, and engineering optimization, all aligned with budgetary constraints and established roadmaps.
  • Drive competitiveness initiatives centered on scalability and modularity, particularly in E-house solutions for hydrogen production.
  • Provide technological support for pilot project acquisition and execution, collaborating closely with sales and local teams.
  • Utilize market insights and customer feedback to inform and enhance portfolio management strategies.
  • Foster a proactive mindset to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends.
  • Support regional and central partners through technical guidance, training, and interregional coordination.
Your Qualifications:
  • A master's degree or doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
  • Extensive professional experience, ideally with a technology provider or system integrator, including coordination or management roles.
  • Strong understanding of energy production processes and power supply solutions, particularly in water electrolysis.
  • Familiarity with energy market players and operational procedures is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively address technological challenges and advocate for environmentally friendly solutions.
  • A collaborative team player, engaging with regional companies, product management, and technical experts.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a significant advantage, and knowledge of Norwegian is beneficial.
