Hydrogen Solutions Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Hydrogen Solutions Portfolio Manager to join our team at Innomotics GmbH, a leading provider of innovative power solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the global development of our hydrogen production portfolio, aligning with our company's vision to shape the future of sustainable energy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement global hydrogen production portfolio strategies to support business growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and business development colleagues to understand market requirements and value creation opportunities.
- Engage with product line managers to ensure alignment of product development and upgrades, and selection of key technologies.
- Provide technical support for pilot project acquisition and implementation, working closely with sales and local teams.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Support regional and central partners through technical advice, training, and interregional technology-based coordination.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in a technology provider or system integrator, with a focus on power systems and solutions design, system design, E-House conception, and engineering.
- Strong understanding of energy production processes and power supply solutions, including water electrolysis.
- Excellent technical competence and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
