We are seeking a highly skilled Hydrogen Solutions Portfolio Manager to join our team at Innomotics GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the global development of our Hydrogen Production portfolio, driving business growth and innovation in the green hydrogen market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the global Hydrogen Production portfolio strategy, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize solutions for hydrogen production, ensuring scalability and modularity.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including customers and partners, to understand market requirements and value creation opportunities.
  • Plan and execute actions to increase solution competitiveness, leveraging expertise in power systems and solutions design.
  • Support regional and central partners through technical advice, training, and interregional technology-based coordination.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in a technology provider or system integrator, with a focus on power systems and solutions design.
  • Strong understanding of energy production processes and power supply solutions, including water electrolysis.
  • Excellent technical competence and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus.
