About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our Customer Success team, providing technical consulting to internal teams and ensuring timely resolution of customer requests. As a Data Center Technical Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert technical guidance and support. Your goal is to achieve operational efficiency through effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Your Profile- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Support within the data center industry, with expertise in technical systems and operations
- Fluent English language skills and German language proficiency
- Technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, including maintenance and repair procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on qualifications and location
