Your Role: Customer Service & Coordination Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Coordination Specialist to join our growing team in Hamburg. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating field appointments, and ensuring smooth operations within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing all internal and external communication effectively.
