Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Stow Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and regional sales targets
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Solution Development and Presentation
    • Work closely with sales engineering and product management to develop and present customized solutions to customers
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales execution
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Stow Group's products and services
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management
    • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in sales performance
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a sales manager in the intralogistics automation industry
  • Strong knowledge of the German market and customer base
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Self-motivated, flexible, proactive, and committed to achieving sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving skills, logical approach, and excellent organizational skills
