**Job Summary**

Bishop GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change & Communication Manager (d/f/m) to join our team in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, Germany. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives and driving business growth through effective communication and change management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to align with the company's digital transformation goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and change management initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of digital transformation projects and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and execute team development journeys and workshops to foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate communication and departmental leaders.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in change management, project management, and process improvement.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through effective communication and change management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Fluency in German and English, with French as an asset.
