Change & Communication Manager (d/f/m) - Digital Transformation Expert

**Job Summary**

Bishop GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change & Communication Manager (d/f/m) to join our team in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, Germany. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives and driving business growth through effective communication and change management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, including communication, change, and culture transformation.
  • Monitor and track the progress of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead business management activities for the Change & Communication platform, including harmonization and design improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the company's image and values.
  • Benchmark and advise on communication strategies, including message alignment and channel selection.
  • Design and execute team development journeys and workshops to foster team spirit, collaboration, and agility.

**Requirements:**

  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Assertive and customer-oriented individual.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and find suitable solutions.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 1-2 times a month, within Europe, for 2-3 days).

**Education:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Management, or Economics.

**Experience:**

  • At least 3 years of experience in change management, project management, and process improvement.

**Skills:**

  • Proficient in Google Workspace.
  • Excellent knowledge of change management and project management.
  • Business fluent in English and proficient in German.
