Change & Communication Manager (d/f/m)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change & Communication Manager to join our team at Bishop GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, Germany. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and supply chain excellence.
Responsibilities:- Contribute to the definition of the Industrial Supply Chain & Digital Operations organization, including Communication, Change & Culture Transformation strategy and associated roadmap.
- Monitor and follow-up the progress of the roadmap.
- Perform business management activities for the C&C platform, including harmonization and design improvement.
- Work collaboratively with C&C networks and corporate communication to shape departmental image and values.
- Benchmark and advise C&C leadership on communication strategies, including clear message alignment and channel selection.
- Design and execute Team development journeys and workshops for fostering team spirit, team dynamics, collaboration, agility, empowerment, emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and resilience.
- Team player with excellent communication skills to collaborate with different reference persons.
- Assertive and customer-oriented person.
- Able to analyze complex problems, situations, and find suitable solutions.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (ca. 1-2 times a month, in Europe, duration ca. 2-3 days).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Management, or Economics.
- At least 3 years of experience in Change Management, Project Management, and Process Improvement.
- Change management knowledge: very good.
- Project management knowledge: good.
- Language skills: German (proficient), English (business fluent), French (advantageous).
- Conditions according to Equal Pay (IG-Metall Tariff).
