We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Majorel Münster GmbH. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a home office setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform proactive customer call-backs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Acquire responsibility for a unique customer and intensify customer loyalty
  • Manage and optimize customer accounts and online search marketing campaigns
  • Identify optimization leads and transpose up-selling opportunities
Requirements
  • Excellent Portuguese language skills (spoken and written) and very good English skills
  • Service-oriented, patient, and friendly manner
  • Professional communication skills and accordant soft skills
  • Experience in using Internet search engines and Search Marketing platforms as an advantage
