Wir suchen eine/n engagierte/n und dynamische/n "Partner Support and Sales Associate" für unseren bundesweiten Telefonsupport.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Identifikation, Abwicklung, Stabilisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Paketshop Partnern
  • Einarbeitung, Schulung und Motivation von Paketshop Partnern
  • Unterstützung der Koordination und Steuerung von relevanten Marketing- und Vertriebsvorgaben
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Präsentationen und Verhandlungen
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards hinsichtlich Kunden- und Service-Orientierung sowie dem Auftritt und Erscheinungsbild der Paketshop Partner
  • Unterstützung der vertrieblichen Planung, Vereinbarung und Nachhalten von Zielen und Vertriebsaktivitäten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen in Frankfurt und London zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Projektabwicklung
  • Überwachung und Reporting bzgl unseres bundesweiten Expansionsplans
Qualifikationen und Anforderungen
  • Qualifizierter kaufmännischer Berufsabschluss oder Erwerb der vergleichbaren Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten durch entsprechende Berufserfahrung, Bachelor von Vorteil
  • 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im (POS)-Vertrieb, idealerweise im Strukturvertrieb eines KEP-Dienstleisters im Handel oder einer anderweitigen Dienstleistung
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungssicherheit
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und Zielorientierung sowie eine selbstständige und leistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denken und zielorientierte Planungsfähigkeiten
  • Fließende Deutsch (C1) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2/C1) in Wort und Schrift
  • Interesse an E-Commerce und Logistik
