Your Mission

As a Sales Director at Vaeridion GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aviation. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the sales process, manage acquisitions, and negotiate with customers to facilitate deal closures. You will represent the company externally and advocate for the customer internally, providing guidance and mentorship to the technical sales managers.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Commercial to drive strategic growth and expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies.
Your Profile
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of sales growth and expansion.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English; fluency in any additional language is a plus.
