Position Overview:

We are in search of a highly proficient and technically adept Senior Salesforce Consultant with a wealth of experience in Salesforce development. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture alongside general technology frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead our team with their technical acumen, ensuring the delivery of scalable and effective solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Guidance:
    • Offer expert advice to the team, promoting best practices in design, coding, and implementation.
    • Supervise the technical architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Custom Solution Development:
    • Engage in the design and development of tailored solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to support vital business operations and achieve project goals.
    • Design and manage intricate workflows, process builder flows, and custom developments utilizing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Enterprise Architecture and Integration:
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of the overall enterprise architecture, ensuring Salesforce solutions are consistent with broader IT strategies.
    • Devise and execute robust integration strategies, utilizing APIs and middleware to connect Salesforce with other systems.
  • Mentorship and Team Development:
    • Guide and nurture existing team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
    • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and advocate for continuous improvement within the team.
  • Project Leadership:
    • Oversee technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.
  • Ongoing Improvement:
    • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, proactively implementing enhancements.
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within Salesforce and other integrated systems.
Qualifications:
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Extensive experience as a Salesforce developer, with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
    • Strong grasp of general technology architecture, including cloud computing, data integration, and security.
    • Hands-on software development experience with a solid understanding of standard software development lifecycles, including version control and QA automation.
  • Leadership Abilities:
    • Demonstrated capability to lead technical teams, with strong mentorship and team development skills.
    • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project Management Experience:
    • Proven success in managing technical aspects of Salesforce projects from inception to completion.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Certifications:
    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred), or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
    • Additional certifications in general technology architecture or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) are advantageous.
