Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a proficient and technically adept Senior Salesforce Consultant with a wealth of experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture alongside general technology frameworks. This role involves providing technical leadership to our team, ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable solutions that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Guide the team in adhering to best practices in design, coding, and implementation.
    • Oversee the technical framework of Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Solution Design and Development:
    • Engage in the design and development of tailored solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to support essential business operations and achieve project goals.
    • Develop and manage intricate workflows, process builder flows, and custom solutions utilizing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Architecture and Integration:
    • Maintain a profound understanding of the overall enterprise architecture, ensuring Salesforce solutions are in harmony with broader IT strategies.
    • Devise and execute effective integration strategies, utilizing APIs and middleware to connect Salesforce with other systems.
  • Mentorship and Team Development:
    • Guide and nurture existing team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
    • Conduct code evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and advocate for continuous improvement within the team.
  • Project Management and Delivery:
    • Lead the technical components of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to outline technical requirements and deliverables.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, proactively implementing enhancements.
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within Salesforce and other integrated systems.
Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Significant experience as a Salesforce developer, with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
    • Solid understanding of general technology architecture, including cloud computing, data integration, and security.
    • Hands-on software development experience with a good grasp of standard software development lifecycles, including version control and QA automation.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, with strong mentorship and team development skills.
    • Exceptional communication abilities, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project Experience:
    • Proven success in managing technical aspects of Salesforce projects from conception to execution.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Certifications:
    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred), or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
    • Additional certifications in general technology architecture or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) are advantageous.
