Position Overview:

We are in search of a highly experienced and technically adept Senior Salesforce Consultant with a wealth of Salesforce development experience. This role requires a profound understanding of Salesforce architecture as well as general technology frameworks. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership to our team, ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable solutions that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Offer technical direction to the team, promoting best practices in design, coding, and implementation.
    • Supervise the technical architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Solution Design and Development:
    • Participate in the design and development of tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform to support essential business operations and achieve project goals.
    • Develop and manage intricate workflows, process builder flows, and custom development utilizing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Architecture and Integration:
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the overall enterprise architecture, ensuring Salesforce solutions are in harmony with broader IT strategies.
    • Design and execute robust integration strategies, utilizing APIs and middleware to connect Salesforce with other systems.
  • Mentorship and Team Development:
    • Guide and develop existing team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
    • Conduct code evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and advocate for continuous improvement within the team.
  • Project Management and Delivery:
    • Oversee technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, proactively implementing enhancements.
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within Salesforce and other integrated systems.
Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Extensive experience as a Salesforce developer, proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
    • Strong grasp of general technology architecture, including cloud computing, data integration, and security.
    • Hands-on software development experience with a solid understanding of standard software development lifecycles, including version control and QA automation.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, with strong mentorship and team development capabilities.
    • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Experience:
    • Proven success in managing technical aspects of Salesforce projects from conception to delivery.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Certifications:
    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred), or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
    • Additional certifications in general technology architecture or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) are advantageous.
