We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at ubitricity - Gesellschaft für verteilte Energiesysteme mbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions using Apex and other technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce
- Develop custom applications and integrations on the Salesforce platform
- Manage Salesforce releases and deployments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that solutions meet their needs
- Mentor and coach team members to help them develop their skills
- Ensure code quality and best practices are maintained across the team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technology and trends
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development using Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST API
- Experience in building Lightning Web Components and working with JavaScript to create and customize visual interfaces in Salesforce
- Experience in customizing managed packages installed in Salesforce through configuration and code
- Strong programming fundamentals and ability to follow best practices for testing, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce code
- Expertise in creating custom objects and relationships in Salesforce, implementing Flows, and enforcing security settings through Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules
- Ability to communicate with the tech team, product team, and business stakeholders in English
- Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus
- Sitetracker experience is a strong plus
- Experience in tools such as IntelliJ, Git, Data Loader, and Workbench is a plus
- Experience in practicing Serum framework and efficient project management with Jira is a plus
