Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Salesforce Consultant with a robust background in Salesforce development. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture and general technology frameworks. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership to our team, ensuring the delivery of scalable and effective solutions that align with our strategic goals.

- Guide the team with technical insights, promoting best practices in design, coding, and implementation.
- Oversee the technical framework of Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
- Solution Design and Development:
- Engage in the design and development of tailored solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to support essential business operations and achieve project goals.
- Develop and manage intricate workflows, process builder flows, and custom solutions utilizing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Architecture and Integration:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the overall enterprise architecture, ensuring Salesforce solutions are consistent with broader IT strategies.
- Design and execute robust integration plans, utilizing APIs and middleware to connect Salesforce with other systems.
- Mentorship and Team Development:
- Provide mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Conduct code evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and advocate for continuous improvement within the team.
- Project Management and Delivery:
- Lead the technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and expected outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new functionalities, and best practices, proactively implementing enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within Salesforce and other integrated systems.
- Technical Expertise:
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce developer, with strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Solid understanding of general technology architecture, including cloud computing, data integration, and security.
- Hands-on software development experience and familiarity with standard software development lifecycles, including version control and QA automation.
- Leadership Skills:
- Proven capability to lead technical teams, with strong mentorship and team development skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Project Experience:
- Demonstrated success in managing technical aspects of Salesforce projects from initiation to completion.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred), or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
- Additional certifications in general technology architecture or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) are advantageous.
