Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Senior Salesforce Consultant with a robust background in Salesforce development. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture as well as general technology frameworks. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership to our team, ensuring the delivery of scalable and effective solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Guide the team in technical best practices for design, coding, and implementation.
    • Oversee the architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Solution Design and Development:
    • Participate in the design and development of tailored solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to support essential business operations.
    • Manage complex workflows, process builder flows, and custom development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Architecture and Integration:
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of the overall enterprise architecture, ensuring Salesforce solutions are in line with broader IT strategies.
    • Design and execute robust integration strategies, utilizing APIs and middleware to connect Salesforce with other systems.
  • Mentorship and Team Development:
    • Support and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
    • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote continuous improvement within the team.
  • Project Management and Delivery:
    • Lead the technical components of projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, proactively implementing enhancements.
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within Salesforce and integrated systems.
Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Significant experience as a Salesforce developer, with proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
    • Strong grasp of general technology architecture, including cloud computing, data integration, and security.
    • Hands-on software development experience and a solid understanding of standard software development lifecycles, including version control and QA automation.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Proven capability to lead technical teams, with strong mentorship and team development skills.
    • Excellent communication abilities, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project Experience:
    • Demonstrated success in managing technical aspects of Salesforce projects from inception to completion.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Certifications:
    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred), or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
    • Additional certifications in general technology architecture or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) are advantageous.
