Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Place Sales professional to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. As a Market Place Sales representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our wholesale partners, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers, sales teams, and retail operations teams.
  • Conduct regular in-store visits to audit and improve visual merchandising, assortment, and stock levels.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial KPIs and deliver business results.
  • Provide training and support to floor teams on product knowledge, visual merchandising, and sales techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze store KPIs to inform business decisions and drive improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail or visual merchandising, preferably at a supervisor level or above.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion retail, visual merchandising, and sales principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.

Location: Offenbach, Germany
