Robotics Service Engineer Germany

As a Service Engineer within Movu Robotics, you will be responsible for testing, maintaining, and repairing various shuttle systems at customer sites across Germany. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Test, maintain, and repair shuttle systems at customer sites
- Supervise assembly teams during large repair or installation projects
- Provide mechanical support and L1/L2 support to end-users and integrators
- Commission and train customers on automated systems and racking systems
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Fluency in German and English languages
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of technical topics, including software, hardware, robotics, and mechanics
- Closely work with other Movu stars in an open and enthusiastic environment
- Intensive training by experienced professionals
