Head of Solutions Test Applications

Innomotics GmbH, a Siemens Business, is seeking a driven and experienced leader to spearhead our Solutions Test Applications division. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of electrification, automation, and digitalization solutions for automotive and industrial test benches on a global scale.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of 15 employees across three distinct teams within the IN SO TA subsegment.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Achieve ambitious annual targets for order intake, exceeding double-digit million Euros in revenue.
  • Oversee global financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
    • Lead the implementation of a global setup and growth program, fostering expansion and operational excellence.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across diverse industries, including automotive and industrial sectors.
    • Spearhead international projects, demonstrating exceptional intercultural competence and collaboration skills.
    • Maintain a high level of travel commitment (10-20%) to engage with clients and partners worldwide.

    Your Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Extensive experience in technical sales within the test applications industry, showcasing a proven track record of success.
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, effectively managing and motivating high-performing teams in international environments.
