Country Business Development Manager

Creditstar Group, a leading international consumer finance company, is seeking a highly skilled Country Business Development Manager to join our Monefit brand Operations team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the brand ambassador for Monefit in Germany, promoting our products and services to potential partners.
- Hunt for new partnerships and onboard new partners, including contract negotiations.
- Promote the brand in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland through various channels.
- Attend conferences and shows to promote Monefit and build relationships with potential partners.
- Grow existing partnerships through account management and develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, and arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives, and prepare commercial contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, and provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements:
- Proven background in winning B2B business and maintaining relationships.
- Task-focused and based in Berlin, Germany.
- Exceptional organizational skills, experience in hunting and growing relationships, and presentation skills to C-level.
- Outstanding communication skills, willingness to learn new skills, and adapt to situations.
- Ability to travel when required, analytical thinking, customer-orientated mindset, business development skills, and ability to make decisions.
- Ability to work independently, conflict resolution, and preferably have contacts in investment wealth management.
