Within Creditstar lives our Monefit brand, supporting its users and investors to live their best financial lives. Monefit offers both credit and investment products across Europe, helping people build their wealth through SmartSaver, or support their lifestyle through CreditLine. Our vision is to create products that help people build smart financial habits that support their lives.

We are currently looking for a Country Business Development Manager to join our Monefit brand Operations team. The ideal candidate will be native in German and fluent in English languages (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills and previous experience in winning B2B business and maintaining relationships. The role will be based in Berlin, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the brand ambassador for Monefit in Germany
  • Hunt for new partnerships throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Onboard new partners, including contract negotiations
  • Promote the brand in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Attend conferences and shows to promote Monefit
  • Grow existing partnerships, through account management
  • Managing existing relationships, monitoring performance, and producing data for the partners.
  • Attending regular partner meetings
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  • Prepare commercial contracts, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements:

  • The candidates for this role need to have a proven background in winning B2B business and maintaining relationships.
