About Drivy

We're a leading carsharing marketplace in Europe, offering a flexible and convenient way to move around. Our mission is to make carsharing a mainstream mode of transportation, and we're just getting started.

As a key player in the industry, we're looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team in Germany. This role will be responsible for acquiring new carsharing fleets and growing our existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new professional owners, including private and commercial fleets
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our existing key accounts
  • Work closely with our marketing and comms teams to develop a strategy to acquire new professional owners
  • Secure local partnerships to improve the business environment for professional owners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a business-related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, and prospecting
  • High-energy and hands-on mentality, with a focus on results
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to build analysis using Excel and raw data files
  • Very fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
  • Passion for the automotive industry and its future developments

You will report directly to Nils, our Country Manager for DE/AT, and work closely with our marketing, business intelligence, account management, and other internal departments to grow your segment.
