About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Reporting Specialist to join our team at PAUL HARTMANN AG. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for managing our sustainability reporting processes and developing strategies to drive our sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sustainability Reporting: Develop and implement effective sustainability reporting processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Sustainability Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainability strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Legislative Expertise: Stay up-to-date on regulatory developments and provide expert advice on sustainability-related legislation.
  • Market and Stakeholder Analysis: Conduct market and stakeholder analyses to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with internal and external stakeholders on sustainability issues.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental management, sustainability, or business administration.
  • Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in corporate sustainability or a related field.
  • Advanced Sustainability Education: Advanced education in sustainability or a related field is an asset.
  • Legislative Know-How: Strong knowledge of sustainability-related legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Influencing Skills: Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive business growth through sustainability initiatives.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills to convey complex sustainability concepts effectively.
