Überblick über die Rolle

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen HRIS-Spezialisten, der sich auf die Implementierung und Administration von SAP SuccessFactors spezialisiert hat. Der Kandidat wird Teil unseres Teams sein und sich auf die Verbesserung der Menschenressourcen-Operationen und -berichterstattung konzentrieren.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Administration von SAP SuccessFactors
  • Maintenance und Effizienz der Dokumentation innerhalb des MS Office-Suites und SAP SuccessFactors
  • Identifizierung von Kalibrierungsmöglichkeiten in bestehenden Menschenressourcen-Prozessen und Entwicklung von Strategien zur Verbesserung der Effizienz innerhalb unserer Systeme
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Integration neuer Systeme in unsere bestehende technische Infrastruktur
  • Förderung starker Beziehungen zu internen Stakeholdern, indem er/ sie analytische Daten liefert, um Menschenressourcen- und Kulturinitiativen zu unterstützen, und sicherstellt, dass die Dokumentation für das Unternehmen aktuell und zuverlässig ist
  • Bereitstellung von gelegentlichem Benutzerunterstützung für interne Stakeholder bei Systemfunktionen und Überwachung von Branchentrends und -best Practices in Menschenressourcen-Systemen, um proaktive Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und Innovationen zu ermöglichen
Anforderungen
  • Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Fachgebiet (z.B. Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems)
  • Kenntnisse über aktuelle HR-Technologien und deren Einsatz in Benutzer- und Systemverwaltungskapazitäten
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP SuccessFactors oder einem ähnlichen HRIS-System in einer vorherigen Rolle (oder Praktikum) und Erfolg bei der Erforschung neuer Funktionen
  • Fluente Deutschkenntnisse mit Erfahrung in einem bilingualen oder internationalen Arbeitsumfeld und B2-Deutschkenntnisse
  • Verlässliche, zugängliche und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitshaltung, proaktive Suche nach Informationen und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen
  • Starke Organisationsfähigkeit mit Aufmerksamkeit auf Details und analytischer Denkfähigkeit mit proaktiver Problemlösungsfähigkeit
  • Kenntnisse von MS Office mit besonderem Fokus auf Excel und OneNote
