- Assist in the management and administration of SAP SuccessFactors, enhancing People operations and reporting.
- Support the maintenance and efficiency of documentation within the MS Office suite and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Identify calibration opportunities in existing People processes and develop strategies to enhance efficiency within our systems.
- Support the continuous integration of new systems into our existing technical infrastructure.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing insightful analytics to drive People & Culture initiatives and ensure accurate up-to-date documentation for the business.
- Provide occasional user support for internal stakeholders on system functionalities and monitor industry trends and best practices in People systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems).
- Knowledge of current HR technologies and how to use them in both user-facing and system administration capacities.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS system, with a focus on exploring new functionalities.
- Fluency in English, with experience in a bilingual or international working environment, and B2 German skills.
- Reliable, approachable, and accountable working attitude, with a proactive approach to seeking information and collaborating with colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking, with proactive problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel and OneNote.
