About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freight Forwarding Sales Manager to join our team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize sales processes and improve results

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in freight forwarding sales or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Fluent in English and German, with additional languages an advantage
