Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Central GP Ops team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing the pulse of our operations on the ground and ensuring that our customers' orders are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the operations of our Grocery Partner (GP) stores across Europe
  • Identify root causes of deviations between results and targets
  • Implement new processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Travel regularly to visit GP stores and monitor operations
  • Use Amazon tools to send labor plans, monitor non-inventory levels, and reorder equipment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience in logistics and operations management
