Der operative Bereich ist das Rückgrat von Amazon. Dieser entscheidende Sektor unseres Unternehmens gewährleistet, dass Bestellungen effizient bearbeitet werden, sodass unsere Kund:innen ihre Produkte pünktlich erhalten. In der Rolle des Operations Supervisors sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, dass alle Abläufe an Ihrem Standort so reibungslos wie möglich ablaufen, um die Nachfrage der Kunden zu erfüllen.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Förderung einer Sicherheitskultur: Schaffen und Aufrechterhalten einer Umgebung, die Sicherheit und Wohlbefinden priorisiert.
  • Qualitäts- und Produktivitätsmanagement: Analyse und Implementierung von Änderungen zur Sicherstellung von konstant hoher Qualität und Effizienz.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Überwachung von Projekten zur Verbesserung der Abläufe, Steigerung der Produktivität und Erhöhung der Servicequalität für die Kunden in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Operational Excellence: Analyse der Schichten gemäß Unternehmensrichtlinien und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der operativen Exzellenz.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Kooperation mit Führungskräften zur Standardisierung von Schichtverfahren.
Ein typischer Arbeitstag

Sie arbeiten im Schichtbetrieb an einem unserer Standorte und stellen sicher, dass die Abläufe dort so produktiv wie möglich sind. Ihr Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf der Leitung und Förderung einer Sicherheitskultur sowie der Aufrechterhaltung der Qualitäts- und Leistungsstandards der Arbeitsschichten. Zudem beaufsichtigen Sie Prozessverbesserungen in Ihrem Bereich und organisieren deren Umsetzung. Ein typischer Arbeitstag kann sehr abwechslungsreich sein und umfasst sowohl routinemäßiges Teammanagement als auch umfassende operative Aufgaben.

QualifikationenGrundlegende Anforderungen
  • Abschluss in einem relevanten Studienfeld.
  • Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition.
  • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, einschließlich Teammitgliedern und Führungskräften.
  • Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Daten zur Unterstützung geschäftlicher Entscheidungen.
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
Bevorzugte Anforderungen
  • Erfahrung mit Lean-, Six-Sigma- und Kaizen-Methoden.
  • Erfahrung in einem logistischen Umfeld.
  • Kenntnisse in der MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) im beruflichen Kontext.
