Key Responsibilities:
- Assist local operations in enhancing merchant-related metrics, with a primary focus on quality and in-store delivery performance.
- Oversee merchant escalations and conduct thorough investigations where necessary, collaborating with the Area Manager to resolve long-term challenges.
- Conduct regular visits to GP stores in your designated area, ensuring compliance with processes, implementing changes on-site, and identifying operational challenges reflected in performance metrics.
- Revise and update existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to accommodate new processes and improvements within the GP program.
- Facilitate the rollout and execution of new initiatives and process implementations.
- Lead and support the launch of new stores.
- Assist in the opening of new GP locations.
Exhibits strong communication abilities, demonstrates a high level of ownership, sets a positive example in all performance areas, and possesses the capacity to develop expertise in all operational processes.
It is essential to work with data while maintaining a customer-centric approach in every decision made.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior management or supervisory experience.

- Proficiency in German, both spoken and written.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
