About the Role
We are seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join our Enterprise Operation Center (EOC) team. As an IT Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the trouble-free operation of our complex IT systems.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the health of our IT systems, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues before they impact our systems and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement changes to our systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide support outside of regular working hours.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant vocational qualifications in IT, such as an IT specialist in systems integration or similar experience gained on-the-job. You will also need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a high sense of responsibility and flexibility.
