About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team at tesa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing assigned accounts in EMEA and aligning their project and activities on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop assigned accounts in EMEA to achieve planned turnover and margin targets.
- Ensure continuous significant and profitable growth for assigned accounts.
- Manage the specification and implementation of products for assigned OEMs and relevant value chain on a global scale.
- Conduct efficient technical center and plant coverage for all relevant accounts within the assigned territory.
- Generate a sustained project pipeline and drive the approval process, including application engineering.
- Provide input for the strategy development of the EMEA region and global sales strategy for assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Technical degree with profound commercial experience or commercial degree with high technical affinity and experience in technical sales.
- 5-10 years' experience in specialty sales to industrial customers or comparable industry knowledge.
- Experience in wire harnessing manufacturing industry, automotive OEM, or automotive tier suppliers industry is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and strong team player.
- Preferably first team leading experience in a matrix organization.
- Good analytical skill set.
- Fluent German and English skills (in writing + verbal).
- Readiness to travel.
