Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities
You will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities for tesa based on cutting-edge technical developments. This position requires a deep understanding of both technical and commercial aspects, as well as entrepreneurial spirit.
- Conduct in-depth market research on strategic focus fields to drive business growth.
- Support literature and patent research for emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders to effectively communicate business ideas.
- Analyze customer needs and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the technology development team to evaluate the economic potential of novel technologies.
- Support the creation of marketing materials for customer pitches to showcase tesa's innovative solutions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field. You should also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a high level of self-motivation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong command of English and German languages.
- Experience in patent and technology research, product development, and market analysis is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
