Business Development Specialist

About the Role

  • Collaborate with EMEA Key Account Managers and Senior Management to create analytical reports for international laboratory chains.
  • Develop and distribute quarterly consolidated profitability analyses to Senior Management.
  • Responsible for bonus calculations and ad hoc sales controlling topics.
  • Ensure transparency and effective communication.
  • Continuously improve data transparency and tender processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales controlling.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with basic VBA skills a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with basic financial calculations.
  • Ability to think outside the box and see the bigger picture.
