Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers on OVHcloud services by providing comprehensive training and resources.
  • Develop and pitch OVHcloud solutions to customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers, providing daily support and guidance on using OVHcloud products and services.
  • Participate in internal projects and contribute to team meetings, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead international OVHcloud initiatives, driving growth and expansion.
  • Deploy OVHcloud Success Account Plans (SAP) with customers, ensuring tailored solutions and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the Information Technology field, with expertise in Cloud, network, operating systems, storage, and/or virtualization.
  • Strong understanding of the benefits and challenges of moving to the cloud.
  • Excellent communication skills in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level required).
