  • Developing and launching new business areas from the ground up, collaborating closely with our founding team
  • Identifying, evaluating, and proposing strategic growth opportunities and untapped market potential
  • Conducting in-depth analyses and preparing comprehensive decision-making frameworks for our founding team
  • Developing innovative strategies and actionable proposals to elevate our operations and expand our market presence
  • Overseeing and optimizing the execution of marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics and ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Driving our company's growth by supporting and leading cross-departmental initiatives and fostering collaboration within and across teams
  • Continuously scouting for new trends and technologies to keep our offerings at the forefront of the logistics and IT sectors

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, information technology, logistics, sales and marketing, or a related field, with above-average academic results
  • Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities
  • A fast learner with excellent analytical capabilities and a structured approach to work
  • Proficient in written and spoken communication in both German and English
