About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Growth and Innovation Intern to join our team at 4screen. As a key member of our Strategy Department, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's strategic vision and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support internal consulting activities, driving team-specific projects and analyses to optimize operational efficiency and foster innovation.
  • Contribute to leadership and investor reporting, providing KPI analyses and progress updates to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Drive market intelligence, building and maintaining a deep understanding of the latest automotive and media industry trends.
  • Support expansion and go-to-market initiatives, conducting market research and project management activities across various teams.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, ideally in Business, International Management, Management & Technology, or Finance.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Finance and M&A expertise is a plus.
  • Full-time availability for a 4-6 months internship is required.
  • Possibility to work from Munich.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Adaptable mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with MS Office.
