Academic Program Coordinator

New York University is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academic Program Coordinator to join our team at NYU Berlin. As a key member of our academic administration team, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic vision and mission of NYU Berlin and New York University.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate academic administration for NYU Berlin, including supporting lecturers, academic site staff, and students from all three degree-granting campuses.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and management of curriculum and academic support programs, instructional materials, and training modules.
- Oversee classroom scheduling, instructor support, and academic advising for students.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of academic staff, including the Coordinator of Academic Services, Academic Administrator, and Program Assistant.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of academic policy at the site.
- Plan and organize academic events and co-curricular trips for classes, and coordinate internships associated with certain classes.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of four years' experience of university or study abroad academic administration.
- Bilingual German/English.
- Strong familiarity with German and US higher education.
- Excellent attention to detail, flexibility, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage workloads, deadlines, and responsibilities with limited supervision.
- Master's Degree.
- Five or more years of experience working with a US university, or with Study Abroad students, or with international students.
