Job Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Lecturer to join our team at GUS Germany GmbH. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in a dynamic and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality academic modules and courses to students at the university level.
- Develop and implement effective teaching methods and materials to engage students and promote learning.
- Assess and provide feedback to students on their academic progress and performance.
- Contribute to the development of curriculum and academic programs to ensure they meet the needs of students and industry.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement academic policies and procedures.
- Participate in academic events and activities to promote the university and its programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure teaching and research remain relevant and effective.
Requirements
- Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Prior teaching experience in higher education at the university level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
